Placing orders

-When placing an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. When you have placed the order we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.

-Images on this website are for illustrative purposes only.

-If any of the products on this website have been discontinued or the pricing has not been correctly added up we will email you to let you know that your purchase is unsuccessful.

– All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added tax at the current rate.

-Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

-You are required to make full payment before order is placed for you.

– We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.

– By placing an order with us, you agree to accept these terms.

Deliveries and carriage

-We can deliver our goods anywhere in the UK.

– A delivery date will be given to you within 5 days of order being placed. When you have received the delivery date and you would like to change it please let us know within 24 hours.

-If there are any changes regarding your delivery we will let you know.

-When making deliveries we ask that there is someone on site to help unload the truck as some items will not be able to be unloaded by one person. If for any reason you cannot organise someone to be there for the delivery date given, please let us know ASAP.

– Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

 

  • If for any reason no one is there to accept and take delivery on the scheduled date and the product has to be returned, we reserve the right to charge you any additional cost for the rearranged delivery.
  • If for any reason there is a damaged or missing items off the job delivered please let us know within 48 hours.

Cancellation and Returns

  • Once the order has been placed you will be able to cancel up to 24 hours after and will be refunded the money within 30 days.
  • We reserve the right not to replace any items that have been fitted, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods.
  • We will not be liable for any damages found after the products have been fitted.
  • We will not be held liable for fitters fees or any other professional trade persons fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries.

This cancellation and returns policy does not affect your legal rights – eg. If the goods are faulty.
